You may return any product purchased from us within forty-five (45) days of the order date, with the original receipt.

• We can not honor any unauthorized returns. 

• We can not honor products purchased from other sources.

• Shipping costs are refunded only if the return is the result of error on our part.

DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED PET WEIGHT 

The Watercollar gives NO ABSOLUTE guarantee against drowning. It is only Intended as a safety support and training aid.  

The Hedz UP Pets Watercollar is not effective unless the dog’s own collar/added collar is securely fastened. 

BE ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN your pets collar cannot slip off of their head. This product is provided “as is” and without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.
